PrivilegeManager	Allows to access, test and modify the Privileges of given Authorizables Accss rights of the given Session are enforced.
PrivilegeStore	Storage for Privileges' optional configuration data. Releaves PrivilegeFactories from the management and possible errors on protection etc.
